Returns & Replacements

Returns or exchanges are not available for buyer's remorse, selecting the wrong size or color, disliking the fit, ordering the wrong item, or other customer ordering errors.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims are normally resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.
Do not return merchandise unless The Coffee Chemist provides written return instructions.
Replacement first: For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, missing, or lost-item claims, our standard remedy is replacement. A refund may be issued when replacement is unavailable or unreasonable.
Need to cancel? Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once roasting, production, packing, or fulfillment has begun.
