Returns & Replacements
Return eligibility depends on the products included in the gift set.
Coffee, tea, and made-to-order merchandise are final sale. An accessory component may be eligible for return only when its supplier approves the request.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within the claim period for the affected product: 7 days for coffee or tea and 30 days for merchandise or accessories.
Because gift-set components may come from different fulfillment partners, please contact us before returning anything.
Replacement first: For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, missing, or lost-item claims, our standard remedy is replacement. A refund may be issued when replacement is unavailable or unreasonable.
Need to cancel? Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once roasting, production, packing, or fulfillment has begun.
