Returns & Replacements
Accessory return eligibility varies by supplier.
Unless an accessory is marked final sale, contact us within 14 days of delivery to ask whether an unused item qualifies for return. Supplier approval is required before any return is sent.
Approved buyer's-remorse returns may require you to pay return shipping, and supplier restocking or processing charges may apply.
If an accessory arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims are normally resolved with a replacement.
Replacement first: For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, missing, or lost-item claims, our standard remedy is replacement. A refund may be issued when replacement is unavailable or unreasonable.
Need to cancel? Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once roasting, production, packing, or fulfillment has begun.
