Coffee cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of taste preference, ordering the wrong roast or grind, a change of mind, or other customer ordering errors.
If your coffee arrives damaged, unusable, mislabeled, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved fulfillment-error claims are normally resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement first: For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, missing, or lost-item claims, our standard remedy is replacement. A refund may be issued when replacement is unavailable or unreasonable.

Meet Guatemala, part of The Coffee Chemist Origin Series—a medium-roast single-origin coffee from Huehuetenango with a bright, layered cup worth exploring.
Grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,800–2,000 MASL, this fully washed coffee brings together Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varietals. The cup opens with bright lemon and lime, settles into soft nougat sweetness, and finishes with the warmth of brown sugar.
